Studio Rental

The Art & Style Dance Studio is available to rent for most fitness or dance related activities. With a clear (no poles) footprint of 3000+ sq. ft. we provide a most accommodating space. Art & Style has all new HVAC and cathedral ceilings for plenty of breathing room, mirrored walls and a first grade custom maple hardwood floor. All of your music will be at your fingertips with our state of the art music system. You will not have to worry about sound quality or loudness as we have you covered. Microphone and DJ services can also be provided. Our separate spacious bathrooms with changing areas can accommodate your clients comfortably. Art & Style is centrally located in the heart of the historic South Side slopes. We also provide parking in our lot as opposed to tight street parking.

Art & Style Dance Studio accommodates approximately 100 seated or 160 standing people.

All Independent Dance Instructors wishing to teach during operating hours of the studio pay per hour and fall under the studio policies for independent guest instructors. Call for detailed information.

Our studio can be rented by the hour or day, rental costs vary depending on each situation. There is a separate charge for our music system and/or DJ.
No food or alcohol is allowed on the premises.

Proof of Liability insurance for all activities in the studio is required.
