1. Sign-In: Everyone must sign in at the reception desk before entering the ballroom. This includes individuals and couples using the floor for practice time before or after a lesson. In addition, private lessons and beginner and advanced group classes will be tracked on Students’ cards.

To secure your lesson time with your instructor, discounted lesson blocks need to be purchased on lesson #4 of previous block. Bonus Lesson is awarded to continuing students purchasing a new block of 10 lessons by lesson #9 of previous block. Students will not be allowed to take lessons until all outstanding balances are paid in full, as per lesson package agreement.

2. Cancellation: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged for the lesson as Instructors are paid per lessons taught. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. The 24 hour cancellation allows us to rebook waiting students.

3. Refund Policy: We have a No Refund Policy.

4. Payment:  Students who are not enrolled on any lesson package and taking single lessons must prepay the lesson in advance to secure the time slot with the instructor.

5. Group Classes: 
Payments for Advanced Group classes
All group class payments must be paid on the first class of the calendar month. Payments vary from level to level check with the reception desk staff.
Students who are only able to attend half (1/2) of the calendar month, only pay for half (1/2) of the monthly payment but have to notify the reception desk staff about the time frame.
Students attending upper level classes are allowed and encouraged to attend the lower level classes.
 Minimum:
If less than four students are in attendance for a class, the studio has the option to cancel the class. Those students attending a cancelled class may substitute a different class within that month.
 Expiration:
 All Level II and above Group Class Programs expire at the end of the calendar month. They can neither be carried over nor extended.

6. Gift Certificates:
3 & 5 lessons blocks- Gift Certificates expire in 6 months
10 lessons blocks- Gift Certificates expire in 1 year
Group classes - Gift Certificates expire in 6 months
Wedding lesson blocks- Gift Certificates expire in 6 months

7. Late Payments:
Unpaid amounts carried after the first class of the month will incur a $25 late charge. If your tuition is not paid the student will not be allowed to continue in the class until the tuition is fully paid.

8. Floor Fees: All usage of the Main Ballroom that is not part of a Private Lesson or Group Class will incur a Floor Fee. Check before entering the Ballroom floor about fees and payment. All Floor Fee payments have to be in cash.

9. Warm-up/Cool-down: Students who are not enrolled on the unlimited monthly practices are allowed ten (10) minutes before or after their lesson for warm-up or cool-down. After ten minutes the student/couple will be charged for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the student/couple will be charged for one hour. No exceptions.

10. Transfer of Lessons: Private Lessons and Group Classes are non-transferable.
