swing
Are you ready to be cool? If so, the Swing is a "must learn" dance. As a non-progressive dance, the Swing is convenient on any jam-packed floor. Characterized by spins, turns and throw-outs, the Swing is seen on dance floors all across America.

Cha Cha - It's time to get sassy to music like Nelly Furtado, Michael Buble, Santana and many other artists from Hip-Hop, R&B and Latin. Cha-Cha is a very fun and rhythmical dance. A great dance to be had at weddings or at your favorite night club. The moves and steps for Cha-Cha can be danced in partnership or as a line dance.

Rumba - Not to be mistaken with American Club Rumba. Internatinal Rumba has a much slower tempo and the step patterns are very different but the romantic and sensual overtones dancing with your partner are the same as American Rumba. We call this dance the mother of all dances because it teaches you all the movements and rhythems for your body for all the other dances but just in a much slower pace.

Salsa - A very popular partner dance known as the "King of Latin" for informal social dancing. Salsa, alot like merengue, can be improvised after the basic fundamentals are learned. A splash of hip movement and a dash of body rhythm by two partnered dancers and you get a hot salsa.

Merengue - A very easy dance to learn and to dance o any tempo of Latin music. This dances makes the woman feel very feminie and the man very masculin because of the strong man/woman dance partnership. After learning the basic movements, you could find yourself impovising your own patterns to this fun dance.

Get ready to have fun with an action packed workout that fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves. Samba is a lively, rhythmical and physical dance that originated in Brazil as a party dance. Once it crossed into the U.S. it was welcomed as a unique ballroom dance having changed much from the process.

Foxtrot - The Foxtrot is one of the most popular and elegant ballroom dance today. Most often associated with Fred and Ginger, the Social Foxtrot is often taught to beginners of ballroom dancing. It is recieved as a very useful dance and it is easy to learn and can be danced on a crowded floor in social situations.

Waltz - The ultimate ballroom dance everyone has heard of or seen but never tried. Full of grace and elegance with a touch of romance. learn how to dance across the floor with confidence. Whether you are dancing at your companies black-tie event or at your best friends wedding, this dance will always get you an admired look from everyone.

Tango - Are you ready to put a rose between your teeth and Tango? The Tango is one of the easier dances to learn. Movies that featured Tango dancing include "Scent of a Woman", Madonna's "Evita" and "True Lies". Tango can be dramatic and fascinating when dancing with someone. Roses are not included.
